When should I take JOYN?
For Redness: To ensure maximum efficiency, take 2 capsules (1 pack) with a glass of water, 30 minutes before your first alcoholic drink*
Repeat your dose every 4 hours if you are continuously drinking. Do not exceed 6 capsules in 12 hours
For Hangovers: Take 2 capsules before bed and 2 more when you wake up
For Long-Term Health: Take 2 capsules daily (morning or mid-day)
Pro Tip: Feel free to take up to 4 capsules before drinking if you are extra prone to redness or other alcohol-related symptoms

Can I take more than the recommended dose if I get extra red?
Yes. If you are extra prone to alcohol-related symptoms or are drinking for an extended amount of time it is recommended to take up to 4 capsules, 30 minutes before your first drink and 2 more capsules every 3-4 drinks. Do not exceed 6 capsules in 12 hours
Why can’t I just take Pepcid or Zantac?

Can I take JOYN even if I'm not drinking?

Why does my urine turn bright yellow when I take Joyn?
This is due to the presence of Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). Riboflavin is a water-soluble vitamin that is not effectively stored in the body, so any excess is usually removed in the urine. It's completely normal and safe and indicates that your body is metabolizing the Riboflavin effectively.
Will I feel the effects of alcohol less when I take Joyn?
JOYN is not intended to make you less drunk and does not affect your blood alcohol content. Please consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation when using JOYN.
